for a new and exciting opportunity with a growing company? We are
looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our
community, Block C Apartments, located in San Marcos, CA! As a
Porter you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the
cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property. Your duties will
include, but are not limited to: painting; cleaning apartments and
common areas; checking and replacing exterior lighting; removing
litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds; removing
abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; detailing property; assisting
with various physical tasks as directed; assisting with
"make-ready" duties; cleaning and maintaining storage areas;
distributing resident communications; performing work area clean-up
and safety related duties, and more. Qualifications Must be able to
lift heavy items! Must be reliable and have excellent
transportation Must have general maintenance skills. As a condition
of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the
possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance
of their work duties. Compensation and Benefits $20-$22 /hour DOE
