Job Description Job Description We are looking for a motivated
and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in
Gardena, California. This Contract to permanent role offers an

Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to existing, dormant, and
potential customers to identify and secure new business
opportunities. • Prepare and manage quotes, orders, RMAs, and
related documentation efficiently within the company's system. •
Deliver exceptional customer service by handling order management,
providing timely follow-ups, and resolving issues effectively. •
Collaborate with Production Control, Engineering, and other
departments to ensure accurate delivery schedules and customer
satisfaction. • Research and source vendors and materials for
external processing requirements. • Maintain detailed and accurate
records, process necessary paperwork, and create job travelers as
required. • Foster customer retention and drive referrals by
maintaining consistent and effective communication. • Represent the
company at trade shows and participate in other sales-related
events as needed. • Execute additional tasks and responsibilities
as assigned to support team objectives. • Minimum of 3 years of
sales experience with a proven track record of generating revenue,
preferably in metal sales or manufacturing. • Familiarity with
industries such as aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor,
hydraulics, oil & gas, or industrial equipment. • Knowledge of
metal alloys, including aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel,
carbon/tool steel, and titanium, is preferred. • Experience with
machining processes like turning, drilling, and milling is a plus.
• Strong skills in sales presentations, effective communication,
and relationship management. • Proficiency in utilizing company
systems for quoting and sales processes. • Demonstrated
reliability, organization, and ability to work collaboratively in a
team environment. • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering
high-quality results.
