Job Description Role Description The Chronic is seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our on-site retail team in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, providing expert knowledge and recommendations about cannabis products, maintaining a clean and organized retail space, and managing inventory. The Salesperson will represent The Chronic’s values by building authentic customer relationships, ensuring customers have a welcoming and educational shopping experience, and supporting a high standard of service quality. Note: All sales personnel will also be required to rotate on deliveries ( must have a valid license DL, and clean record) Qualifications Customer service and interpersonal skills that support authentic and positive customer interactions Knowledge of cannabis products, their attributes, and current trends in the cannabis industry Sales, communication, and active listening skills to effectively assist customers and meet or exceed sales goals Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute to a positive and productive team environment Organizational and inventory management skills to maintain store operations efficiently Ability to comply with local and state regulations governing cannabis sales Experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage Passion for cannabis culture, community, and promoting cannabis as a lifestyle
