WinCorp Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to serve as a consultant for our client, a global financial services company located in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, remote/ hybrid consulting opportunity. We provide desirable enterprise client engagements, and strive for excellent consultant care. Qualifications:

Needs a good understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, reporting standards, and compliance regulations.
Requires experience in SAP S/4HANA finance modules, tools and features, to understand system capabilities and limitations.
Experience in business process documentation, including internal controls and defining requirements.
Ability to assess and analyze business problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
Ability to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure deliverables are met.

Responsibilities:

Gather detailed business requirements from finance and accounting teams to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document current business processes and how they align with financial operations.
Translate business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)/User stories.
Ensure that requirements are clearly communicated to SAP S/4HANA functional consultants or developers.
Analyze the existing finance-related business processes and document them, identifying inefficiencies or areas of improvement.
Assist in developing training materials and provide training and/or support to business users during system changes.
