Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Solution Consultant
specializing in UKG HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise in UKG
products and HCM solutions
Lead client workshops and design sessions to understand business
challenges and develop customized solutions
Oversee the implementation and configuration of UKG products,
ensuring successful project delivery
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human
Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
8+ years of experience in consulting, specializing in UKG solutions
or other HCM software
Extensive experience in designing and implementing HCM solutions
with a proven track record
Strong experience in UKG products such as UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions,
or UKG Ready
In-depth knowledge of HCM functionalities, system integrations, and
cloud-based HCM systems
