Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Dispute Specialist, Patient
Financing.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on patient financing
products and procedures
Monitor and address lender complaints and Patient Satisfaction
escalations
Lead the resolution of escalated complaints and disputes, ensuring
cross-functional alignment
Qualifications:
Education Level: Associate degree or equivalent related
experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
Outlook)
Extensive experience in managing and analyzing detailed reports and
performance data
Working knowledge of healthcare and dental industry (preferred but
not required)
Experience in creating training resources and facilitating training
sessions preferred
