Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dean of Operations Transition Support
Provider.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a structured onboarding and training plan for
the incoming Dean of Operations
Coach on operational domains including attendance, recruitment,
health and safety, and facilities management
Model collaboration and leadership development for the operations
team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred
Experience serving in an operational leader capacity
Prior experience in project and people management is strongly
preferred
Proficiency in Google Platforms, including Google Drive, Google
Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
Valid CPR/First Aid certification and clear health and background
check
