Job Description:
A company is looking for Mission Staff in the Okanogan
Valley.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement spiritual growth plans and maintain
relationships within the church community
Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders while modeling
effective ministry practices
Engage in direct ministry activities and manage administrative
tasks to support the mission
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
College degree preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Engagement in individualized training for personal and ministry
skill development
Familiarity with fundraising principles and community
networking
