Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified EEO Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze claims and write Investigative Plans, including witness
interviews and document requests
Obtain sworn testimony and prepare affidavits while ensuring all
relevant documents are collected and reviewed
Write Reports of Investigation in accordance with EEOC regulations
and maintain effective time management of case activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant combination of
education and experience
Minimum 2 years' experience conducting federal EEO Investigations
and knowledge of employment relations laws
EEO Certification, including completion of mandatory training
requirements set by the EEOC
Demonstrated proficiency in writing reports of investigation and
conducting objective analyses of facts
Proficient in office automation software, including Adobe Pro,
Microsoft Word, and Excel
