Job Description:
A company is looking for a Platform Operations Associate to
support workflows and maintain data integrity within their clinical
engagement platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage EHR records, ensuring secure handling of Protected Health
Information (PHI) and coordinating with clinical teams for data
integrity
Load and maintain clinical templates and patient education content,
monitoring updates and ensuring proper tagging for workflows
Track data loading progress, provide operational QA support, and
generate performance reports while collaborating with
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in platform operations, health IT, or
digital health product support
Experience with Revenue Cycle Management processes is highly
preferred
Familiarity with EHR systems, especially Epic or Cerner, is a
plus
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field
is strongly preferred
Experience in a startup or growth-stage healthcare environment is
highly desirable
