Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor for the 2nd
Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage a team of Dispatch Associates to ensure
effective communication with members and service providers
Handle escalated member issues and ensure associates deliver
quality service while maintaining member safety
Participate in employee development, performance evaluations, and
manage daily workflow to meet quality standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume contact center or dispatch
environment
At least 5 years of customer service experience
1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience in a contact
center
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
