A company is looking for a Sr Bus Optm Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Information Technology staff
and manage team performance
Coordinate project assignments, resource allocation, and ensure
customer satisfaction
Facilitate training and professional development for team members
while implementing process improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business,
informatics, or related field with three years of relevant
experience, or a High School Diploma with seven years of
experience
Additional certification may be required within a defined time
frame
Experience in supporting Information Technology operations and
leading teams
Technical experience with software development and application
support
Must meet mandatory competencies for promotion within IT for
internal candidates
