A company is looking for a Barostim Coordinator - MedTech
(Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
Screen consumers via phone, enter information into the CRM
database, and schedule consultation appointments
Respond to inquiries with empathy, providing education and relevant
therapy information
Document interactions and communicate request requirements to
consumers and field representatives
Required Qualifications
4 years of relevant experience in a virtual call center
environment
Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal
Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
Experience in consumer recruitment, education, or related
fields
Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications
