Job Description Job Description Description: Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and attentive Overnight Caregiver to provide weekend support to an individual during overnight hours. The caregiver will be responsible for providing a safe and calming environment, reminding the individual of their preferred bedtime, and ensuring their well-being throughout the night. Key Responsibilities: Remind the individual when they want to go to bed and assist with a smooth transition to sleep Monitor and maintain a safe, quiet, and secure environment overnight Be attentive to any needs that may arise during the night Light housekeeping tasks if needed during downtime like tidying up common areas Medication reminders, if applicable Maintain clear and respectful communication with the individual and family Requirements: Requirements: Two valid forms of identification Current CPR and First Aid certification Negative TB (tuberculosis) test result Previous caregiving or overnight experience preferred but not required Ability to stay alert and responsive throughout overnight shifts Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be dependable and punctual Ability to pass a background check
