Key Responsibilities: Provide holistic, individualized care to neonatal patients and support their families to achieve self-identified health goals. Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans, and continuously evaluate patient progress using evidence-based practices. Manage complex and high-risk clinical situations by collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and accessing additional resources as necessary. Act as a strong patient and family advocate to ensure compassionate, respectful, and effective care delivery. Document care accurately and timely, utilizing the nursing process and clinical documentation systems. Coordinate and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and streamline workflow. Delegate responsibilities appropriately within the care team while maintaining compliance with nursing standards. Desired Experience & Qualifications: Current and valid RN license with NICU experience. Proficient knowledge of neonatal nursing care practices and developmental needs. Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills for managing acute and complex neonatal patients. Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care.
