Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ECMO ICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/07/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel ECMO RN – Critical Care Orange County, CA Contract | 40 Hours per Week | Acute Care Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ECMO-trained Registered Nurse (RN) to support a high-acuity critical care environment. This role involves direct management of patients requiring advanced cardiopulmonary support, including ECMO therapy. The ideal candidate has strong ICU experience and is comfortable managing complex hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, and ECMO circuits in a fast-paced setting. Required Qualifications - MANDATORY: ECMO experience - Active California RN License - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - Minimum 2–3 years of ICU experience - Experience with high-acuity adult critical care patients Preferred Experience - CVICU or MICU background - Experience titrating vasoactive drips - Strong hemodynamic monitoring skills - Experience in large acute care or teaching hospitals Rs About B2B Staffing Services, Inc.
