Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Respiratory Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/28/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel ECMO RRT – Respiratory Therapist Orange County, CA Contract | 40-hours per week | Acute Care Setting Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ECMO-trained Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support a high-acuity critical care team in a large academic medical center environment. This role involves hands-on management of patients requiring advanced cardiopulmonary support, including ECMO therapy. The ideal candidate is confident in ICU settings and experienced with complex ventilator management and ECMO circuit monitoring. Required Qualifications - MANDATORY: ECMO experience - Active California Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License - RRT credential (NBRC) - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - Minimum 2 years of ICU respiratory experience Preferred Experience - Adult ICU, CVICU, or MICU background - Experience troubleshooting ECMO circuits - Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills - Experience in large acute care or teaching hospitals Rs About B2B Staffing Services, Inc.
