Responsibilities: Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care as a circulating nurse in the Operating Room Support orthopedic, neurological, and robotic surgical teams efficiently Respond to on-call assignments within a 30-minute window during designated hours Collaborate closely with surgical staff to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols during procedures Participate in weekend and weekday shifts as scheduled, including two shifts every other weekend with additional weekend on-call duties Qualifications / Desired Experience: Current RN license with Operating Room experience Strong circulating nurse skills preferred Proven experience in orthopedic, neuro, and robotic cases essential Ability to respond quickly while on call (16 hours weekend and 24 hours weekday in a 4-week period) Availability for a 0630 start time and flexible scheduling Schedule / Hours: Start time at 6:30 AM Scheduled two shifts every other weekend On-call coverage: 16-hour weekend and 24-hour weekday shifts in a 4-week cycle This contract position offers professional growth in a challenging and supportive environment.
