Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Vendor Performance Manager to
oversee and enhance partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of partner engagements from launch to
closeout, focusing on operational excellence and key performance
indicators
Provide updates on partner milestones and performance, and resolve
issues through clear communication and process improvements
Analyze data sets to identify root causes of problems and drive
partner satisfaction and growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant professional experience
At least 3 years of experience in client services and managing
external partnerships
Experience with analytical tools such as Looker, MongoDB, and
Tableau
Proficient in Google Apps and project management tools
