Key Responsibilities
Learn the business deeply across operations, clinical care, sales,
tech, and user needs
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities and design
tools to enhance workflows
Lead strategy for AI governance, data security, and ethical usage
while collaborating with various teams
Required Qualifications
3-15+ years in AI, ML, data science, or automation roles
Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions
Startup experience with a proven ability to deliver impactful AI
solutions
Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on ROI
Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or intelligent
automation
