Responsibilities









What You'll Do The Information Management Coordinator (Address Desk) will field incoming call and process paperwork related to residual payments. (This section provides a general summary of the most significant job duties performed. It does not explain in detail every single duty performed.)

Field calls from performers regarding residuals trust related questions.Relay pertinent info for release of funds held in trustProcess address and information updates received via email, fax, mail, NCOA reporting and TRAPSet-up and end date corporations, process and end date Agent Check Authorizations, manage Deed of Gift and Credit Union updates.Process and distribute all mail delivered to departmentOutreach to performers with address and returned mail issuesAssist with other projects as needed.
