Technologies will be hosting Interviews on Tuesday, February 24th
for CNC Machinists & Metrology and Inspection Technicians We are a
secure facility so all candidates will need to be scheduled for an

reach out. These are 3 - 4 x 11 rotating shift working alternating
Wednesdays. Shifts Available Sun - Wed 1st shift (5am - 4:30pm) Sun
- Wed 2nd shift (4pm - 3:30am) Wed - Sat 1st shift (5am - 4:30pm)
Wed - Sat 2nd shift (4pm - 3:30am) The CNC Machinist is a highly
skilled professional responsible for overseeing advanced machining
processes and delivering precision-manufactured components for
industries such as automotive, aerospace, and advanced
manufacturing. This role involves setting up and operating complex
CNC equipment, troubleshooting challenging machining issues, and
collaborating with engineering teams to optimize designs for
manufacturability. The Role Set up and operate advanced CNC
equipment, including multi-axis mills (3-axis, 32, and 5-axis), to
produce high-precision components. Interpret complex engineering
drawings and apply GD&T principles to ensure components meet
stringent quality and dimensional standards. Troubleshoot and
resolve machining challenges, including tool wear, fixture
alignment, and programming errors. Collaborate with engineering and
design teams to provide feedback on part manufacturability and
improve design efficiency. Basic Qualifications Ability to lawfully
access information and technology that is subject to US export
controls Proficiency in Siemens and Heidenhain controllers. Strong
understanding of GD&T and its application in precision
manufacturing. Compensation At Divergent, our pay range is based on
the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at
levels T03 - T05 as evaluated through our interview process.
Technician / T03: $47.00 - $51.00 Lead Technician / T04: $52.00 -
$60.00 Senior Technician / T05: $60.00 - $69.00 The Metrology &
Inspection Technician is a key contributor to inspection
activities, supporting complex measurements, training peers, and
upholding high?quality standards within the inspection team. You
deliver accurate metrology data and inspection reports to ensure
parts are compliant with engineering specifications. The Role Use
metrology Scanners, such FARO, Romer, Creaform C?Track, MetraSCAN,
GOM ScanBox, to acquire geometrical scan data. Process raw scan
data, remove noise, and export files using comprehensive 3D
metrology software such as PolyWorks & Zeiss. Create and maintain
inspection files, interpret results, and produce complete, accurate
inspection reports. Conduct receiving, in-process, and final
inspections to ensure conformance to the requirements. Perform
inspections utilizing engineering drawings, standard procedures,
calibrated manual gages/tools, and various inspection methods.
Record and maintain accurate data including inspection results,
non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other quality documentation.
Basic Qualifications Ability to lawfully access information and
technology that is subject to US export controls At minimum 1 to 2
year of experience in a Quality inspector role in an aerospace,
automotive, or other relevant production environment High?school
diploma (required). Proficient computer literacy (Windows, Teams,
Excel, etc.). Ability to read and understand engineering drawings,
including knowledge of GD&T Compensation At Divergent, our pay
range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will
consider candidates at levels TCH 02 - TCH 03 as evaluated through
our interview process. TCH 02: $23.00 - $32.00/hour TCH 03: $26.00
