Description We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to
manage and maintain the site's tool control and calibration system.
This role involves ensuring all tools are properly tracked,
introduced, or disposed from production use. The technician will
schedule and perform periodic calibration and preventive
maintenance of tools and equipment using internal procedures or
approved external service providers. Coordination with external
vendors for calibration and service requirements is essential to
ensure timely completion. Procuring and managing replacement tools,
parts, and supplies is also a key aspect of maintaining equipment
readiness. Documentation of all calibration, maintenance, and
repair activities in accordance with company procedures and quality
system requirements is crucial. The technician will develop,
revise, and maintain calibration and maintenance procedures,
records, and documentation. Conducting periodic reviews of
calibration records and preventive maintenance logs for accuracy
and compliance is expected. Supporting manufacturing and
engineering teams by ensuring all production tools and equipment
are available, functional, and compliant is a core responsibility.
Additionally, assisting with audits and inspections by providing
calibration and maintenance documentation as requested is required.
Responsibilities Manage and maintain the site's tool control and

preventive maintenance of tools and equipment. Coordinate with
external vendors for calibration and service requirements. Procure

calibration, maintenance, and repair activities. Develop, revise,
and maintain calibration and maintenance procedures and records.

maintenance logs. Support manufacturing and engineering teams.

Essential Skills Calibration Troubleshooting Preventive maintenance
Machining Regulated environment Maximo Instrumentation Test
equipment Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in
a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment. Hands-on
experience with equipment calibration or tool control programs.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out
of Irvine, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is
$23.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
