Manufacturing About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a well-established
aerospace manufacturing organization located in Costa Mesa . This
position supports the AR department with billing, invoicing, data
entry, and customer documentation. The ideal candidate is highly
organized, dependable, and comfortable working with direction from
a supervisor or manager. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry
for customer setup, ship-to locations, billing, cash receipts, and
other AR-related entries Send out aging reports, statements,
invoices, PODs, and other customer documentation File, scan, and
print supporting documentation as needed Utilize various customer
portals to retrieve information and submit invoices Work closely
with supervisors/managers and follow established procedures
Required Skills Advanced Excel skills (must be proficient with
VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables ) - used daily Strong attention to detail
and accuracy Ability to work in a structured environment with clear
direction Reliable, professional, and able to handle repetitive
tasks with consistency Additional Information This role may involve
compliance with ITAR/export control requirements Standard
