Commercial Property Accountant career opportunity include: Oversee
full-cycle accounting for a property portfolio, including AP, AR,
general ledger, journal entries, month-end close, and treasury
functions. Prepare and analyze financial statements and management
reports. Complete annual CAM reconciliations. Serve as the primary
point of contact for tenants on accounting-related matters. Provide
financial insights and support to promote company growth and
operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree,
preferably in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5 years of general
accounting experience within commercial real estate. Proficiency
with Yardi Voyager. Strong communication skills with the ability to
interact effectively with tenants and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with
minimal supervision. Benefit offerings include medical, dental,
