Job Description Job Description Staff Accountant (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Duarte, CA Pay: $30-$33/hour (based on experience) Job Description: We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support core accounting functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR assistance, and transaction management. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and experience working within a fast-paced accounting environment. The position is contract-to-hire with opportunities for long-term placement. Responsibilities: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and review supporting documentation Prepare journal entries and assist with balance sheet maintenance Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes as needed Identify, research, and resolve missing or unrecorded transactions; collect and allocate as appropriate Enter automated transactions accurately and on schedule Assist with general accounting tasks and special projects as assigned Qualifications: 2-4 years of accounting experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Experience using NetSuite strongly preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and with a team Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour Search managed by: Allison Lau Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
