A company is looking for a Collections Support 3.
Key Responsibilities
Manage delinquent accounts and communicate with customers to
influence timely payment
Educate customers on account terms and alternative payment methods
while de-escalating conflicts
Utilize skip tracing tools and collection strategies to minimize
bad debt exposure and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience with foundational accounting
knowledge
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Access
Proficiency in skip tracing practices
Self-driven and detail-oriented with excellent time management
skills
Ability to adapt to change and maintain strict confidentiality
