Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Systems Principal to manage
and enhance financial systems architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the system owner and administrator for Workday Financials,
managing configurations and integrations
Monitor data flow and reconciliation between systems, ensuring
accuracy and audit readiness
Lead new financial systems implementations and identify automation
opportunities to streamline processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a
related field
5+ years of experience managing financial systems or ERP platforms,
particularly Workday Financials
Solid understanding of accounting and finance operations, including
general ledger and expense management
Experience managing system integrations and financial data
workflows across multiple tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical and
business needs
